Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Project Cancellation

By the Client: You may cancel the project at any stage by providing written notice. However, the initial 50% deposit is non-refundable as it covers administrative costs and preliminary work.
By Growthify Media: We reserve the right to terminate a project if the Client is unresponsive for more than 30 days.

2. Refund Processing

Eligibility: Refunds are only considered for milestones that have been paid for but not yet commenced. Once a website is live or the final source files are delivered, no refunds will be issued.
Credit Timeline: Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7 days of the refund approval date.

3. Non-Refundable Items
Costs related to third-party assets (such as domain registration, premium themes, hosting fees, or licensed stock imagery) are non-refundable.
